Electronic Fascism: Towards A Cashless Society

Starting next year, if you live or work in the United States, you'll need a federally approved ID card to travel on an airplane, open a bank account, collect Social Security payments, or take advantage of nearly any government service. Practically speaking, your driver's license likely will have to be reissued to meet federal standards.

Most of the American people are unaware of the issuance of the Real ID card coming in May of 2008 which recently has been granted an extension until December 31, 2009. This new national/international ID card, and its interactivity with national/international databases, can access our medical, financial, driving, Social Security, license(s), firearms registrations, and political status inside its high tech/little nano brain. In essence, it holds our private lives on a swipe-able card that is then privy to any organization, retailer, or person requesting our identification or our money. In other words, our life histories accessible upon command from one 2X3 inch card.

The Real ID Act, passed by Congress and signed by President Bush on May 11, 2005, mandates that all U.S. citizens will receive a National ID card by May of 2008. The U.S. House of Representatives approved a sweeping set of rules aimed at forcing states to issue all adults federally approved electronic ID cards, including driver's licenses. Under the rules, federal employees would reject licenses or identity cards that don't comply, which could curb Americans' access to airplanes, trains, national parks, federal courthouses and other areas controlled by the federal government. The bill was approved by a 261-161 vote.

Having no choice but to comply, most American people will accept their new national/international ID card. It is my understanding that without the card, we will be denied bank accounts in the United States of America, a driver’s license, and the right to fly on airplanes unless we have been issued a Real ID card. One might imagine that global retailers might require the Real ID to purchase food and gasoline.

History of National Identification Cards

National ID cards have long been advocated as a means to enhance national security, unmask potential terrorists, and guard against illegal immigrants. They are in use in many countries around the world including most European countries, Hong Kong, Malaysia, Singapore and Thailand. Currently, the United States and the United Kingdom have continued to debate the merits of adopting national ID cards. The types of card, their functions, and privacy safeguards vary widely.

Americans have rejected the idea of a national ID card. When the Social Security Number (SSN) was created in 1936, it was meant to be used only as an account number associated with the administration of the Social Security system. Though use of the SSN has expanded considerably, it is not a universal identifier and efforts to make it one have been consistently rejected. In 1971, the Social Security Administration task force on the SSN rejected the extension of the Social Security Number to the status of an ID card. In 1973, the Health, Education and Welfare Secretary's Advisory Committee on Automated Personal Data Systems concluded that a national identifier was not desirable.

In 1976, the Federal Advisory Committee on False Identification rejected the idea of an identifier. In 1977, the Carter Administration reiterated that the SSN was not to become an identifier, and in 1981 the Reagan Administration stated that it was "explicitly opposed" to the creation of a national ID card. The Clinton administration advocated a "Health Security Card" in 1993 and assured the public that the card, issued to every American, would have "full protection for privacy and confidentiality." Still, the idea was rejected and the health security card was never created. In 1999 Congress repealed a controversial provision in the Illegal Immigration Reform and Immigrant Responsibility Act of 1996 which gave authorization to include Social Security

Numbers on driver's licenses.

In response to the tragic events of Sept. 11, 2001, there has been renewed interest in the creation of national ID cards. Soon after the attacks, Larry Ellison, head of California-based software company Oracle Corporation, called for the development of a national identification system and offered to donate the technology to make this possible. He proposed ID cards with embedded digitized thumb prints and photographs of all legal residents in the U.S.

There was much public debate about the issue, and Congressional hearings were held. Former House Speaker Newt Gingrich testified that he "would not institute a national ID card because you do get into civil liberties issues." When it created the Department of Homeland Security, Congress made clear in the enabling legislation that the agency could not create a national ID system.

In September 2004, the-DHS Secretary Tom Ridge reiterated, the legislation that created the Department of Homeland Security was very specific on the question of a national ID card. They said there will be no national ID card. The public continues to debate the issue, and there have been many other proposals for the creation of a national identification system, some through the standardization of state driver's licenses. The debate remains in the international spotlight -- several nations are considering implementing such systems.

The U.S. Congress has passed the REAL ID Act of 2005, which mandates federal requirements for driver's licenses. Critics argue that it would make driver's licenses into de facto national IDs. EPIC and others have called for the repeal of this ill-conceived national identification law.

The Gradual Replacement of Cash

We all have used paper to obtain goods and services that we need and desire but have we ever thought about why the use of paper in the form of bank notes entitles us to cars and entertainment and food and shelter? The only way that paper with writing on it can entitle us to goods and services is through our faith in the ability of the Reserve Bank, the government, or private individual to redeem or back that paper with something of value.

What if you were told that you would no longer be able to use that paper and would be forced to rely upon electronic technology for every single transaction you were to make? Would this make you more efficient in the manner in which you conducted your affairs? Would you be pleased to no longer carry paper or coins? How would this affect your freedom and privacy? The following investigation looks at these questions and reveals the alarming dangers to individual freedom posed by the drive toward a cashless society.

MasterCard introduces credit cards for children

MasterCard is to introduce credit cards directly aimed at children, encouraging them to go into debt and consume products without the use of cash.

Supporters regard the cards, which are issued by Bluecorner, as the natural step in an increasingly cashless society. They argue that the prepayment cards will familiarize children with plastic without spending too much. Says the London Times.

The cards are designed to get children used to the fact that cash is obsolete and their money, and the amount they are allowed to spend is controlled by someone else who also profits from their spending.

The cards, which have different designs based on popular teenagers' magazines and radio stations, have charges of £9.95 fee to open the account and 85p for each withdrawal from an ATM cash dispenser. There are penalty fees of £4.99 for canceling an account or ordering a replacement card.

Phil Davies, the director of business development at MasterCard Europe, defended the cards saying: “Parents can control the amount of money their son or daughter spends on the card by limiting the amount of money placed on the card."

So in effect it is exactly the same as an adult credit card, except the controlling of the amount of money in adult life is carried out by the globalist bankers who profit from the cashless society.

A cashless society would mean total control over everyone as people would be forced to pay for everything electronically. Every purchase would be traceable and the ability to buy or sell could be halted immediately at any given moment. We have previously seen how the concept is being seized upon and marketed to young people as cool.

Cashless Coke vending machines for example integrated with wireless technology are all very cool, but not so cool when your credit is halted and you can't pop in a quarter for a can of your favorite soft drink to quench your thirst after a hard day's work. But they are admittedly a device of control. You can only spend as much as the controlling authority wishes.

School children are being encouraged to thumb scan for their lunches, and amusement park goers are being biometrically scanned upon entry for payment and identification purposes. We are constantly being told that the future is cashless, there are cashless lanes at the supermarket that move quicker and more efficiently, and with technology such as RFID we will receive a superior service at the price of being tracked, traced and having our personal data recorded at all times.

To many Christians today the pages of the Bible should be jumping right out at them as they read this information.

Possibly the most frightening aspect of the movement toward a cashless society is the emergence of technology that would allow a microchip to be placed in the human hand that would identify every human being on the planet and allow them to buy and sell without coins, paper or a card.

One expert on this new "biochip" technology charged that the U.S. government will introduce a national I.D. card, supposedly to end illegal immigration that will extend into commercial activity. This card will be the last step before the government will move to place a biochip in the right hand of every American, said Terry Cook, a retired Los Angeles deputy sheriff and a former fraud investigator.

Already throughout the world, a number of biochip programs have been instituted on animals. In Los Angeles, the name of the program is INFOPET. In this program an I.D. chip is injected into animals in order to identify them. The chip is made by a Destron company based in Boulder, Colorado. Destron was taken over by Hughes Aircraft Corp. of southern California. Hughes is a major defense contractor of the U.S. government. Destron also has licensed computer giant Texas Instruments. These are the two largest manufacturers of this type of technology in the world.

One of the essential elements of the coming global government is a cashless society, where all transactions are forced through the computerized banking and credit card system – eventually via the all purpose National ID Smart card, which will be finally embedded into your skin via a VeriChip, a customized RFID (Radio Frequency Identification) wireless system. This computerized microchip is being sold to the public as the next and greatest step towards mankind.

In many European Countries today, implantable microchips are very cool, you can use them to get into nightclubs and pay for drinks, and according to some they are the new body art.

The 'VeriChip', a Radio Frequency Identification chip made by a US company, will mean regular clubbers at the Baja Beach Club in Barcelona will no longer have to wait in queue to pay to get in.  And it doesn't even have to be implanted into the hand - clubbers can have the chip injected into any part of their body, as long as they are able to flash it in front of the scanner. The nightclub has now turned Tuesday nights into Implant Night where guests can be chipped in between drinking and dancing.

One hundred percent monitoring and control of all personal activity is the goal and could be a fate over the next five years. If you are “politically incorrect, “Big Brother can pull your plug, and you will starve or be frozen out of the system.

The world has been expecting a global currency for over half a century now, and it is finally arriving, but not in the way it was expected. Economies are being "harmonized", in other words, taxes in all countries are being raised.

Convenience or conspiracy, you decide. But like it or not the cashless society is on its way. Those who still disbelieve should go through their records asking themselves, "How did I make my last purchase, cash or credit?"

For many centuries God’s Word from Daniel’s in the Old Testament to the book of Revelation in the New Testament have spoken of a time when the world will be as one (one world government) and of a global monetary system. Only a Transcendent Being would know with precise accuracy all of these details, and has written it down for us to study in what we call the Bible.

The Bible is a collection of sixty six books written by forty different authors, spanning 1500 years. Written in three different continents: Asia, Africa, and Europe, written in three different languages: Hebrew, Greek, and Aramaic. The Bible was written by men from all walks of life: from Doctors to Herd’s men.

Two thirds of the Bible is given exclusively to what we call Eschatology meaning the study of last things. There is more written about the end times than the birth and death of Jesus Christ. One might understand why this topic it is not politically correct to preach from the pulpits today.

It has been said that on CBS 60 Minutes, former Attorney General of the United States Janet Reno stated: "A cultist is one who has a strong belief in the Bible and the Second Coming of Christ; who frequently attends Bible studies; who has a high level of financial giving to a Christian cause; who home schools for their children; who has accumulated survival foods and has strong belief in the Second Amendment; and who distrusts big government. Any of these may qualify a person as a cultist but certainly more than one of these would cause us to look at this person as a threat and his family as being in a risk situation that qualifies for government interference."

Do You qualify as a cultist by Reno's definition? Are you (as defined by the US Attorney General) a threat to the U.S.?

For those of us who have seen United Nations military vehicles in the United States, and who have also noticed convoys of military tanks being transported through the wilderness areas of our nation – the same areas that have been locked down and away from the American people via Biosphere Reserves and conservation corridors - we have realized for a great many years that, as one patriot stated, the “stage was being set” for difficult times on American soil – the key issue that mass media ignores at its professional finest.

So, with stages being set, one must also look to the timing of the Real ID card and to 2008 in general. Let us not forget all the other paramilitary systems in our nation, like the Department of Homeland Security, FEMA, Citizens Corp groups, Neighborhood Watch groups, C.O.P.S. (Community Oriented Policing Services), the militarizing of law enforcement departments, and the many new for-hire corporations that offer private armies with weapons for a price. And then, of course, there are the U.N. peacekeeping forces, which the American military has been actively involved with for many, many decades while, simultaneously and incrementally, our “leaders” have been closing our homeland military bases during these same decades.

U.S. CONCENTRATION CAMPS FEMA AND THE REX 84 PROGRAM

FEMA, the federal agency charged with disaster preparedness, is engaged in a crash effort to prepare for multiple mass destruction attacks on U.S. cities - including the creation of sprawling temporary cities to handle millions of displaced persons, NewsMax has learned.

The Rex 84 Program was established on the reasoning that if a "mass exodus" of illegal aliens crossed the Mexican/US border, they would be quickly rounded up and detained in detention centers by FEMA.

Rex 84 allowed many military bases to be closed down and to be turned into prisons. There are over 600 prison camps in the United States, all fully operational and ready to receive prisoners. They are all staffed and even surrounded by full-time guards. These camps are to be operated by FEMA (Federal Emergency Management Agency) should Martial Law need to be implemented in the United States.

ALABAMA Opelika - WWII German/Italian POW camp. Under renovation.

ALASKA Wilds of Alaska - east of Anchorage. No access by road, but there is a railway system. Facility holds 500,000 people. Projection: forced labor camp.

Holds a minimum of 15,000 people. Tulelake, Modoc County - Renovated WWII Japanese-American Special Internment detention center. Vandenberg AFB - Rex 84 Program Emergency custodial facility. Midway between San Lonis Obispo and Santa Barbara on Hwy 1, close to Hwy 101.

From Camilla, take Hwy 19 south, go 5.4 miles from 37/19 Junction to Mount Zion Road, turn left (east) on Mount Zion Road. Not manned or staffed yet. Ft. Benning - Rex 84 Program Emergency custodial facility east of Columbia, near Georgia/Alabama state line. Prisoners may be brought in via Lawson Army airfield. Morgan, Calhoun County - FEMA facility. Take I-75 Exit 32 to 300 South to Albany; then Hwy 234 to Morgan; go through Morgan on Hwy 45 South. Facility is 1.5 miles on right (west) side of Hwy 45. Fully manned and staffed, but no prisoners yet. Oglethorpe, Macon County - FEMA facility 5 miles from Montezuma, 3 miles from Oglethorpe, on west side of Hwy 49. No staff or prisoners yet. Unadilla, Macon County - FEMA facility on East Railroad Street 1.5 miles from Unadilla on County Rd 230. Plunket Road leads into the facility. Manned and staffed, but no prisoners yet.

IDAHO Kooskia - 50 plus miles east, near Lolo Pass and Moose Creek, near a landing strip and a national forest. Unmanned. Minidoka, Jerome County - Renovated WWII Japanese-American Special Internment detention center.

ILLINOIS Marseilles - small facility on the Illinois River, on Hwy 6, off I-80, relatively close to Chicago. Holds 1400 prisoners. Surrounded by high barbed wire-topped fencing and guard towers.

INDIANA Ft. Benjamin, Harrison - U.S. Army facility on the outskirts of Indianapolis. Ft. Wayne - FEMA detention facility. 12/9/99 Grissom Air Force Base - The facility is surrounded by high barbed wire, and lights. These structures are readily visible from US 31. Indianapolis - massive concentration camp facility on thousands of acres just outside Indianapolis. Includes barracks, razor wire-topped fencing, guard towers, turnstiles, railroad, helicopter landing pads; and what appears to be 3 large furnaces with 3-inch mains on one of the buildings. Under construction. Terre Haute - FEMA detention facility.

KANSAS Concordia - WWII German/Italian POW Camp. Under renovation. Eldorado - Federal prison to be converted to UN forced labor facility. There are 2 that are run by the state: an honor camp by the lake, and a maximum security prison aprox. 1 mile east on US-54. Somewhere in the area is a WWII prison camp, but it has not been located yet. Leavenworth - U.S. Marshall Federal Holding facility PFP. Topeka - 80 acres converted to a holding camp for prisoners.

MASSACHUSETTS Fort Devens - New prison a factory facilities and reservoir that have been built around the camp. It was constructed last year and the railroad had to reconstruct tracks into the prison from Canada and from Boston. Livingston

MICHIGAN Bay City - on Saginaw Bay surrounded by high barbed wire-topped fencing and guard towers. Connected to Lake Huron. Prisoners may be brought in by water from either the U.S. or Canada. Central MI - FEMA detention facility. Detroit - FEMA detention facility. 12/9/99 Fort Custer (near Battle Creek, Michigan) - has a "Prison camp". Also have received reports of FEMA "Box cars" riding the rails through Battle Creek and making stops in or around Fort Custer. 12/9/99 Grayling, National Guard training base - reports of Latvian troops in large numbers (700+) stationed at Camp. All reportees are considered by this Intelligence officer as "very reliable". Southwest MI - FEMA detention facility.

MISSISSIPPI Hancock County - NASA facility on old toxic waste dump with 2 camps: one at the end of Kiln Road at Waveland, then the next road after Ammo Road at the Post Office; and one in the center of a rest station back from the Interstate. [Inmates from the Hancock County Jail claim they have worked details involving the delivery of food to these camps under the supervision of UN guards. One individual claims that one of these camps is full of European men, women and children, all at the same compound. He said that the UN guards were severely beating prisoners, who appeared to be involved in forced labor. It is impossible to verify this information at this time.

MISSOURI Richards Gebaur AFB, Grandview - large civilian internment facility. AFB personnel are restricted from the area. 12/9/99 Warsaw - Unconfirmed report of a large concentration camp facility.

NEBRASKA Northeast corner NE - FEMA detention facility. Northwest corner NE - FEMA detention facility. Scottsbluff - WWII German/Italian POW camp. Under renovation. South-central Hastings - FEMA detention facility.

NEVADA Elco - prison facility 10 miles from Elco. Las Vegas - From Range Road and Las Vegas Blvd North, across from Nellis AFB, go west on Range Road aprox. 7 miles. Go under I-15 and you'll see a new 6-foot high chain link fence and sliding road gate. Signs say "RESTRICTED AREA. AUTHORIZED PERSONNEL ONLY". Approx. 1 mile after that is the Nevada National Guard compound, and the camp is on the right next to the RR tracks. Reno - 150 miles south on east side of road, 150 yards from road. Wells - 40 miles north of Wells in O'niel Basin Area, 25 miles west off Hwy 93. Winnemucca - at I-80 mile marker 112, 3/4 miles off the road on the south side, near the base of the mountains.

NEW MEXICO 12/9/99 Fort Stanton - currently being used as a youth detention facility approximately 35 miles north of Ruidoso, New Mexico. We do not have a great deal of information concerning the Lordsburg location. However, we have been informed by several people at Holloman AFB near Alamogordo, NM that a new facility was just completed there a few months ago. 12/9/99 White Sands - Missile Range: is being used as a storage facility for United Nations Vehicles and equipment. We have seen them bring this material in on the Whitesands rail spur in Oro Grande New Mexico about thirty miles from the Texas, New Mexico Border. 12/9/99 Holloman AFB - is being very quickly taken over by the German Luftwaft, and they have been doing extensive building, destroying many of the USAF building that have been there for several years.

NEW YORK Albany - FEMA detention facility. Buffalo - FEMA detention facility. Ft. Drum - upstate New York near St. Lawrence River and Lake Ontario, close to Canada. Probable location for eastern processing for prisoners. Both waterways may be used for transport. Watertown - FEMA detention facility.

OHIO Cincinnati - FEMA detention facility. Cleveland - FEMA detention facility. Columbus - FEMA detention facility. Lima - FEMA detention facility.

OKLAHOMA McAlester - WWII German/Italian POW camp. Under renovation. Tinker AFB, Oklahoma City - civilian detention facility. AFB personnel are prohibited from going near the area, which is under constant guard. Will Rogers Airport - new FEMA facility. Probable processing center for prisoners west of the Mississippi River.

OREGON 12/9/99 Sheridan - FEMA detention center 12/9/99 Portland - reports that rail boxcars are being built in by FMC corp. that are prisoner transport cars with 144 shackle stations per car. 12/9/99 Umatilla - Prison cells spotted.

PENNSYLVANIA Camp Hill - off I-15, close to Cumberland Army Depot and Camp Hill correctional facility, across the navigable Susquehanna River from Harrisburg. Ft. Indian town Gap Military Reservation - WWII POW camp north of Harrisburg. Renovated by President Jimmy Carter for Cubans during the Mariel boat lift.

TENNESSEE Crossville - WWII German/Italian POW camp. Under renovation. 12/9/99 Nashville - There are two buildings in Nashville, TN built on State property - that are definitely built to hold prisoners. They are identical buildings - side by side.

TEXAS Amarillo - FEMA detention facility. 12/9/99 Beaumont Port Arthur area - thousands of acres of federal camps already built on the order of detention camp sesign complete with the double row chain link fencing with the razor styled concertina wire on top of each row. Some but not all of these facilities are currently being used for low-risk prisoners who require a minimum of supervision. However, any of these facilities could be returned into an armed internment detection center within a 24-hr. period. 12/9/99 Ft. Bliss, El Paso - Been undergoing extensive renovation of buildings and from what we have been able to see, many of these buildings that are being renovated are being surrounded by razor wire. Ft. Hood - newly constructed concentration camp. Surrounded by high barbed wire-topped fencing and guard towers. Mexia - WWII German/Italian POW camp. Under renovation. Princeton - WWII POW camp on north side of Denton Hwy. Under renovation. 12/9/99 Ft. Worth - Federal prison under construction on the old Carswell AFB.

UTAH Millard County - in central Utah, Renovated WWII Japanese-American Special Internment detention center. Camp Williams, Skull Valley - west of the old bombing range in the south/southwestern portion of Camp Williams. Discovered by a man and his son while rabbit hunting. They were discovered and apprehended. Utah Lake - 15 miles south of Saratoga Recreation Center 200-300 yds off the road. Surrounded by 40-50-foot high black wire. Made to look something like a golf driving range.

VIRGINIA Camp A.P. Hill

WASHINGTON Okanogan County - site for massive concentration camp, bordering Canada. Will be capable of holding hundreds of thousands of prisoners. 12/9/99 Seattle/Spokan West of Vantage - Prison cells spotted.

WISCONSIN Central WI - FEMA detention facility. Ft. McCoy - Rex 84 Program Emergency custodial facility in western WI, 30 miles east of Lacrosse, between the point where 90 and 94 intersect.

WYOMING East Yellowstone - manned facility. Investigators were apprehended by Foreign soldiers. They were unable to identify the language used by the soldiers. North-central WY - FEMA detention facility. Park County, Hart Mountain - Renovated WWII Japanese-American Special Internment detention center. Southeastern WY - FEMA detention facility. For many Americans today this information might seem like something that would come out of a science fiction novel... I wish this was true!

In 1995, a move to replace the electric chair with lethal injection (poisoning) failed in Georgia's assembly because legislators feared that prisoners could argue for a new sentencing hearing if the state changed the law.

The Guillotine, invented by the French Dr. Guillotine, was mainly used in the 18th and 19th century and chops off a person's head. It hasn't been used for decades in any country on this planet.

A BILL TO BE ENTITLED AN ACT

To amend Article of Chapter 10 of Title 17 of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated, relating to the death penalty, so as to provide that the Department of Corrections shall make suitable arrangements and provide suitable facilities to allow any public or private television broadcaster to  televise executions; to provide that the State Board of Education shall arrange for the televising of executions as a part of the public broadcasting of the state-wide network of public school educational television stations; to provide for all related matters; to repeal conflicting laws; and for other purposes.

In conclusion:

I could see the big dark clouds of persecution in the horizon as they grow even closer, only a small remnant sees it coming and are preparing for it. However the vast majority of Americans, Christians, and traditionalists remain in a deep sleep… as if a blindfold of deception, confusion, and delusion were placed over their eyes.

Will America wake up and seek the God of the Bible and stay a free nation, or will America one day very soon wake up and be an enslaved nation.

I personally believe, if God was able to spare the wicked city of Nineveh as they repented from their sins. God is more than Merciful to also spare America. And here is our promise: 2 Chronicles 7:14 If my people who are called by my name will humble themselves and pray and seek my face and turn from their wicked ways, I will hear from Heaven and will forgive their sins and heal their land.

I truly pray that we make the right decision as a nation!
